The breadth is the point. You might be preparing financial statements and tax returns in a regional Orange practice, learning creative-industry accounting alongside screen-sector specialists in North Sydney, or building compliance fundamentals in business services with a clear line of sight to advisory work. The common thread is that these firms invest in early-career people properly — they would rather grow a strong intermediate into a manager than churn through juniors, and they hire with that in mind.

We are candid with graduates and intermediates about what each firm is actually like to work in — the culture, the study support, the calibre of the client work, the people you would report to — because the right first or second move matters far more than the title on the offer or a few thousand dollars in starting salary.
